In this project, architecture becomes a bridge between the street’s dynamism and the intimate calm of the home. Located on a quiet street, surrounded by buildings that tell their own story, the design subtly adapts to its environment, blending with the constructed landscape without losing its own identity.
From the ground floor, the commercial space opens up to the urban fabric, maintaining a constant dialogue with passersby through a large opening that invites the exterior to be part of the interior, blurring the boundaries between both worlds. This makes any proposed activity for the space compatible with the character of the location.

Above, on the top floor, lies the residential area, a private oasis raised above the street activity. From within, life is experienced in perfect balance between the personal and the collective. Windows frame the sky and the silhouettes of nearby and distant landscapes, always reminding the inhabitants of their connection with the surroundings without sacrificing the privacy of home.

Every space in the home has been designed to capture natural light, which gently enters, transforming the rooms throughout the day. The soft breeze that filters through strategically placed openings connects the inhabitants with the island’s natural rhythm, while the carefully arranged volumes create welcoming, open corners where serenity and comfort are fully expressed.

Here, architecture does not impose itself; it accompanies, creating a sense of refuge. This home, though situated in the heart of the urban fabric, preserves an atmosphere of peace, where every space invites rest, contemplation, and the quiet enjoyment of everyday life.
