This project transforms an existing semi-detached family home, optimizing its functionality and quality of life. We designed an additional floor that not only harmonizes with the original aesthetics and the neighborhood but also connects the interior of the house with a contemporary and welcoming terrace.

This new exterior space, carefully planned, becomes a fundamental part of the home, increasing its economic value and as a living space: an ideal place to relax, share moments with family, and enjoy the outdoors, maximizing natural light and views.
